(1) No person shall be appointed or hold the post of Superintendent without the following qualifications:-
(a) S.L.C. or having an equivalent educational qualification, and
(b) having received a certificate of engraving in accordance with these rules.
(2) Necessary number of vaccinators will be appointed for vaccinating. The qualifications of the persons who will engrave should be at least as follows:-
(a) Having ability to read and write Nepali language well in Devanagari script, and
(b) having received a certificate of engraving in accordance with these rules.
(3) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (2), volunteers can also perform vaccination after receiving the training as written in sub-rule (1) of rule 5.
